"Couldn’t recommend more! As someone with little to no knowledge of stones/ the process, it can be really intimidating to go to Hatton Garden and know where to go and what to expect. My partner was put at ease with Sam, I cannot recommend Sam enough. She has an amazing eye for jewellery, clearly understands her customer and adapt her suggestions to their styles. She is incredibly patient and positive, loving and fun to work with. A wedding band is a big investment both financial and emotional, and I really struggled to find the perfect one as my engagement ring is quite original. Sam had great suggestions from the get go, she knew what would work and what would suit me. We had a lot of back and force with sketches even before I paid nor guaranteed working with her. When I got a bit lost and didn’t know what to do anymore she was only understanding and patient and told me it was okay and not a problem if we were not working together in the end. She is so kind, it is obvious that it really matters to her that you’ll love your ring. She is also very flexible and doesn’t only work for big budget but knows how to adapt to simpler choices. From my opinion you don’t only go to Anais Rose to get a ring made. You go for the experience and the lifetime memory you make of it. Surrounding yourself by lovely experts for your wedding makes it a really enjoyable experience. I never left like a customer or a number as if i had gone to a shop. I cannot thank Sam enough for her time, expertise and lovingness and on top of that for the gorgeous organically curved diamond wedding band she made for me and my fiancé’s gold wedding band.
